... trusted landmark group company but finally I left my Job due to hr pressure I hope no one face my situation in your organization if you unable to pay salary then do one thing don't pay full salary to any employee distribute to all employee I think company don't have empathy on employee in amid corona situation

I would like work at landmark but I had to left the Job due to" hr pressure and said company unable to pay salary " right now I uanble to run my family and how can run without Job still now I am struggling to get Job in amid corona situation

Environment of work, carrier oriented company, assessment for new position training managements No partiality from any one. Keep appreciate for good work and keep giving learning for more better to achive the set target.

It is good to get promotion. But there should be standard of salary of manager.

landmark is very good retail company they care there employee, they trained every employee salary structure is also very good then other company also job security was there, every year you are getting 1 month paid vacation

I like the fact that the job is very much secure here and they really focus on the learning and development of the employees.

Dislikes

Horrible working environment, absolutely no salary equality. They will literally raise your salary by 150 and will hire your counter part for 1500 more than your salary!!
