Kyndryl mostly engages in the overall development of business with the parallel growth for employee and I think that contributes more to the job security tag. It turned out to be a competing company in aver short span.

Dislikes

...ent, needs to come up with engaging more between the managers and the reportees. Plus the employees reward programs and salary revisions should include company profit shares as well which is NOT the case at the moment. And NO festival benefits as well which kind of takes a grater chunk off from job satisfaction.

...upport on agile and specially different actions to be tried anywhere everywhere. Competitive pay structure and clarity of organizations strategy and outcome at all level of employees.

Dislikes

We are not Flat enough yet. Moreover, managers especially at higher levels (executives) don't pay much time to listen to their reportees, even if its heard at times nothing much other than diplomatic answers come out. Finding the right role for each of the B-10 employees in Kyndryl is probably a key contributor to the organization's success and growth, but a clear conversation with them rarely happen.

The flexibility that the company offers to the employees. Also the senior leadership trusts their subordinates and the culture is very inclusive.

Dislikes

Our salary structure is not the best in the market, and the bonus/appraisals are not according to industry standards.

Low Ball Offer

How do you react to a situation where you gave 3 rounds of interview with various Hiring managers and 3 rounds with HR and team and at the end they offer you a low Ball Offer which is not as per the job role or industry standards. How to deal with that frustration and emotional pain after knowing this. I politely told them what is not as per my expertise and not as per industry standards. They said this is our budget. I had told my expectations when the hiring manager asked about it and now all this drama. The current company doesn't value any performing employee. My current company manager applied for promotion twice and both times it got rejected and they told fund issues but at the same time all top management people are getting promoted. Hypocrisy. What to do. Please suggest what I can do to get a decent salary with 6+ years of experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing. The current package is 9lpa gross salary in Global Strategic Sourcing. I'm doing 3 people work right now.
