Most third class company . You work whole month but at the time of salary you see your salary will deduct for no reason.

I worked here for 2 months. 1 st month my salary was hold and 2nd month my salary was deducted for 9 days without any reason without take any leave.

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Both salary and incentive targets are in place.The company does not cover travel expenses, but frequent travel is required.

Salary structure very low, corporate politics are too much, no work life balance, they treat their all field sales employee as a slave

Ultimate level of work pressure and then the management is worst they just will pressurize you for self resign even they will tell not serve notice period and then they will not pay you the salary and they will ask money from you not for serving notice period this all things happen with me i didn't get one month's salary and they mailed me to pay 8k for not serving notice period.

Working in Justidial you got lots of experience and learn lots of things in work and you got good salary if you are a fresher or experience

In that company senior gives you pressure in my work I need to sale software to a businesses but if there is any problem they do not resolve it properly my Justdial team and client pressure you to resolve this and all those things you face problem and if any client purchase software for one year company does not close after one year and that is also a big problem for us as a CIC.
