...nguage is very bad like South head, vps, avs, manager, just go pic up the sales. If we are not doing salary deduction of 10 days or 15 days work culture is very bad. You can't learn new things zero silks.

Most third class company . You work whole month but at the time of salary you see your salary will deduct for no reason.

I worked here for 2 months. 1 st month my salary was hold and 2nd month my salary was deducted for 9 days without any reason without take any leave.

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Both salary and incentive targets are in place.The company does not cover travel expenses, but frequent travel is required.

My experience is excellent for the justdial and I am nothing to dislike everything is good . Employee is totally secure in Justdial ltd.

Justdial is a very good company in terms of working in metro city. And the management waly of talking and understanding employee needs is very poor in north India circle. Where as compare to south India management of company is awesome and very professional.

... like some superior way of talking and way of demanding business. Just pathetic. Mr vinesh singh is my immediate Manager who asked me to pay recovery amount for my notice period. Where he forcefully approved my resign before the last working day. I was disciplinary serving my notice period. Even I did 1 sale also in this duration. And because of him I have to pay 22k amt of recovery. He was blackmailing me if I do not do sale according to his requirement he will approve my resign and put recovery on me. Daily he was doing like this....and just 15 days back my surgery happened of urthera stricture. That's why I decided to quite the job. Because I was looking some sitting job not field job. I just want to take seriously action against him.
