Worst company to work with. Rubbish work culture. Please don't join by just by looking at Brand name(you'll regret) . Keep your doors open of your previous company.(you'll feel soon after joining) This company will not treat you like a employee. They are inhuman. No job security here in any department. Not even in HR. Hire/fire & PIP. No worklife balance. Politics/favourism. No Employee welfare. Mental harassment. Horrible Appraisals. False job information given before joining. Growth you'll not think of because you'll not want to stay here. Nobody speaks up because of the influence they've got. But being into HR, I'm sharing a honest review so that your career shouldn't get spoiled. Still if you want to join then you can at your own risk.

I have not seen this kind of 4th grade HR head Arun Kumar in my entire professional experience. He is not bothered about his team, he only bothers about buttering and soaping. In his 5 years of tenure 40 HR has resigned. Better not to join as long as he is there as state Head HR for Reliance Jio, he has Poor leadership skills .
