Nothing to like here. Read the below section for the truth.

Dislikes

Employees are asked to put good reviews to get their salary. Eitan and Yariv are enforcing this policy to the HR team in India. The employees retention rate is very great, just ask how many employees are getting resigned after 12 months. I have seen people returning the equipment and resigning without any warning because or the misuse and the harassment. All clients are complaining for software issues and bugs that are never resolved. The management Yariv is lying to everyone every time to keep them happy and quiet for a bit more. Just avoid this company or find a new role.

This is a terrible working environment. The project department is the worst one. The department director is unfit to manage any team. Most team members are resigning after less a year and always due to the manager’s behavior. The teams is asked to stay in office until late hours without any notice. When any resource asks to leave for home , the reply is always that there is an “emergency” and that we need to work harder. I have not received any OT bonus, despite working almost all days 12 hours per day. She has forced many employees to leave this company because she is so worse. The management encourages her and we are just receiving the blame for all delays and mistakes of her.

Salary too low for market - last salary is 2 lakhs No increment The project team was changed several members the past months. No training to the ERP provided. Nobody knows to use it. My manager do not know to answer any query from clients and she expects us to give replies without any training. Processes are always changing to blame others. Constant overtime that is not paid. Terrible contract, if you quit the HR will call and threaten you.

Dislikes

...eetings with racist comments towards hard working Indian employees for evidence. If you ask for a hike, they dismiss you, instead just provide with notice and demand a better salary afterwards. The management is the worst, you can find evidence everywhere of how they behave. I will complete my bond period and leave this company.

I have spent 2,5 years in this company and it the worst experience I have had in my professional career. Although the market supposed to be exciting and undergoing tremendous growth, the upper management of this company is full of LIES and empty promises both to clients and towards employees.

...al abuse and aggressive communication creating a deeply demoralizing atmosphere. To make matters worse, we are expecting to work long hours without overtime pay and salary. Payments are frequently delayed, showing how little the company values its people. Promises for improvement from management, or just empty words, and heighten over among clients and staff shows how ineffective their leadership really is. Insured this is not a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a supportive working culture or reliable product to sell.

A junior software test engineer (salary 1.3k) will do overburden work that a senior software test engineer (salary 50k) 7. Strict time to join in office (09:00) but schedule time to leave from office. Defiantly it will be after 08:00 o'clock. 8. Managers and leads are don't have 1% of module knowledge. 9. Manager will never support in your increment because his/her increment will be get reduce by same percentage. 10. Iconic sentence of this company is - "The company has not made good profit this year"
