...not time likr 8-9pm. They wont givr you any releaving letter /experience letter. Even they hold your salary forever dont respond your call or mails. The HR team is worst. There is mere 150 people working but they will brag you more than 1500+. They should punished by our law for the brutality towards employee. Work pressure is hell they will give you target and ask every hour.. Guyz its worst than private bank job. They will ruin and destry your career. Kindly don't join. They have several clients whom they provide vessel spare parts but its worst. They are threatening you every time not to use their name in any social media. From boss to manager every one is a scam here. (now go to my dislike part for more)

... life. if you want much success, fast progress, tech skills, this is your place. I have made progress here from fresher to team lead in a short time, 5X pay in just a few years. I cant work anywhere with what i learn here. very feminist company lot of women, diverse cultures also.

but if you want easy going, WFH, lots of easy days and breaks, dont come here. This company deals with massive clients, its a demanding environment and they will know very fast if youre not serious.

Company culture is toxic. The management is a bunch of liars that simply cannot take responsibility of anything and only pass the blame downwards. Lies lies and more lies to everyone working there. The company is poised to be sold to an external fund and the management team will exit.

...t over 1 years at Jibe as a Software tester here are the aspects i appreciate 1. Salary is consistently paid on time. 2. the company offers opportunities to fresher even , though the pay is far lower then the industry standards. 3. Tech stacks are suitable for both beginner and experienced professional, providing valuable learning opportunities.

1. The Appraisal cycles quite lengthy, averaging around 1 year and 7 months, when appraisal do occur , they are often low accompanied by condition like a 1 or 2 year commitment. For fresher the first appraisal comes with 2 year commitment, followed by 1 year commitment for each subsequent commitment. 2.There is a high employee turn over rate , with many leaving within just a few month. 3. the work culture is toxic with no work life balance. Extended hour and weekend are the norm, and there is no compensation for the for the extra time worked. 4. Office politics is pervasive and difficult to tolerate. 5. Organization uses extreme micromanagement ,Management is constantly breathing your neck, creating a stressful environment. if you are coming from an organization that value work life balance , you may not find this place suitable. However you are mainly looking for employment and can tolerate the conditions, this could be an option to consider.

I was reluctant to join this fake old product company. So many policies in offer letter and will ensure you will be screwed, I relocated to Navi Mumbai with my family with fake promises, they also showed me office before I joined, only to realise I will be terminated in 3 months period. They will ensure you won't be able to work, everything is monitored. I had a stable job and now without any job. You will be terminated without notice, also they will not give any notice which they mention in the agreement. Don't risk your career.
