...saying policy is change and you have work for 3 years to become area executive. Salary is very much less as compare to other companies.Even some of the salesman on third party payroll have more salary than sales trainee. Finance team take too much time to approved travelling expenses.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign.
