New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Nothing. Sometimes I feel I was not working in Company I was working in the politics department. The way of interaction of site head in Ranchi site is too rude and when I applied for leave for 3 days I got the answer from him if you take leave then I make sure you will not get in when returning back though I had 35 leaves in my bucket. When I start raising my voice about it they started planning that how they kick me out from there They are not focusing on their work and production they are only focusing that how they can do the party at night. I worked there for 2 years but my experience was very terrible. This is all I had experience in Ison Ranchi site, I am not aware of other sites

...head and managers are too rude, No balance in work-life, no increment, no bonus. Less salary. This is all I had experience in Ison Ranchi site only, I am not aware of other Ison sites.

Felt very frustrated while working there. You will get your salary after 40-45 days of working and you have to beg money to everyone because you need money to survive. Dont work here !
