if we talk about job security its depends on process to process and work culture not bad and management is good and company policies also good.

Team mates was good and and career growth available here and salary good and work environment good.

Salary package is below accordingly to the work . No benefits like overtime’s ,appraisal nothing.I place of 8 houses working shifts they take you work up to 10 hours without break. No holidays nothing.

After resign i face a lot of problems, 1. They did not credit my salary in time , after 3 months i got my salary it is too worst . 2. And also i did not get my experience letter still now. 3. Lot of salary issues at company.

Good working environment, team mates are supportive...but in COVID-19 period, they are forcing to employees to come to office...and not providing providing proper shift timings in which company working software proper work. Company is not proper compensation and find the opportunity to deduct the compensation of employees.

Dislikes

...ompany policies must be flexible and must understand the situation of employees. If any system issue occurs then company must pay the compensation to employees or resolve the system issue or give proper shift timings in which employees can work from home without any technical issue in software. When employees report to supervisor about technical issues in log in, supervisor give the number of IT professionals and not to even try to help the employees. This environment is so terrible for employees.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but growth is slow so there is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiness
