No much work load, can do it with ease. However, there are other complicated LOB's. Huge internal politics with good friendly environment. Work atmosphere and etiquette needs to be changed. Hiring is pathetic and the best is yet to come.

Dislikes

No proper salary hikes/ appraisal's will be given or rated as per the performance/ process. Will be promised to get promoted for the higher levels, nothing but a smart move from the superiors. Initially, everything went well, later got to know the true colours of the company. Outsider's are more valued than the employees working since year's within the company.

Beurocratic Management, internal politics, nothing to learn, no job security, zero appreciation, no support for employees at tought times, poorest leaves policies, racism with north indians, 9.5 hours

The team I am working with is having great personalities as individuals. Learning has been the motive and guidance has been on point

Salary & No incentives. This is draw back and plz do not tell money is secondary but remember it fulfil needs of family and mine.

Great company to grow, I started as a frontline agent and got promoted to SME them TL. Supportive seniors and management. Your work will be appreciated and not so burdening.

It’s the people that are like, that too 1 or 2 in whole organisation.

...ng for 4 1/2 years. Lack of management, management is terrible. No work ethic Pay is terrible HRs are way more emotion less and doesn’t care much, give their scripted responses and done. First they assign unimaginable targets for themselves from client and make poor agents work on it without breaks and leaves part is way more terrible. Being a TL we are not being respected. It’s probably my last month here, leaving this place for good.
