I think other than events and campus nothing is good about Infosys I didn't enjoy it much bcoz even after working for 4 years if your salary is still 3.7LPA idk what to say. Makes no sense. Progression and promotions are so nonsense system

To retain projects they renew contracts by reducing the amount and cutting employees from the project which leads to lots of work year on year on one person.

Low salary, very small chance of promotion or climbing up the ladder, impossible to choose the domain in which you want to work in, no benefits, zero learning and you will get stuck in a job that you don't want to do. Especially for BCA graduates and non engineers, it will be the worst decision in life to join Indian IT mnc's.

Although it depends on project, but till now for me it's been good working here, not much pressure and good stability and job security. I get leave whenever I want. I am still working from home after manager's approval, even though infosys have mandated it.

Dislikes

...ger to align me with a better project but they don't care what you want or like. Don't expect anything in Salary and Appraisal/Hike dept. I've been working without any increment from last 3 years.

Micro Management. Everything is not about pay sometimes it's about the treatment you give to your juniors. Boomer generation and their ideologies. Boomer generation is sitting in management level soo toxic and useless I can't even explain them in words.

Getting exposure on skills when I was fresher

No work life balance Very Very Very less salary, no hike Even promotion will not give you much hike.. My salary was 23k in hand when I was fresher, now it's 32k after 4 years of experience.
