Nothing as such to like here except infrastructure.

Dislikes

All things, no work life balance, no hike, no promotion, some times 7 days work in a week and that too 13-15 hr per day..and after all this no confirmation. It sucks..

Better place to work at initial of your work,they give enough time gor training n work

...w salary, management are divided on statewise if your mangager belongs to state which you belong them your salary hike,promotion is fixed but if not then you have zero value to your knowledge n hard work,biased management, if you want to survive like me for 5 yrs then do donkey work,ignore all bullshits happens in management level,do your work get salary n go home

I like the company culture. Good place to work here specially for ladies it is very safe. Good team members.

Dislikes

Salary is not good here. Every year employees hike will be 5-10% only. Very difficult to servive for outsiders.

I worked in Infosys for a long time (4+ Years) and the experience I have had from the company is outstanding. I would love to rejoin the same again in future.

I found 2 negative points: 1) Salary hike. 2) Politics.

It was wonderful to work with Infosys got so many things learn, had good team support and career development programs which helped me to improve my skills.

Salary ☺️ as I joined as fresher I didn't get the good package of salary even after 2 years were my work was appropriated multiple times but while appraisal they won't notice such thinks may be this was reason there was less hike in my salary, which made me unsatisfied.
