Job security is very good. Work culture and work life balance depends on client. Rest facility like Insurance, leaves etc are as per standard.

Dislikes

No yearly hikes even after good performance. Variable pay is also not fare as per performance. No timely promotions.

Likes

1. Learning Department is the best. (Regular sessions on all technology are conducted, you can avail free vouchers for external exams) 2. Best campus. (Better than you can imagine)

Dislikes

1. No Salary hikes, 2. No benefits, 3. No timely promotion, 4. Timely Progression is given (Fake promotion) where only your job title is incremented and nothing else is updated. (0 salary hike) 5. Never gave any festive bonus. (I was delusional to even expect it) 6. HR department is absolute worst. (Major setback) 7. 70 Hour work culture.

Likes

There are many project opportunities internally , so you don't have to fear for attrition. Secondly you can work in latest technologies and upscale yourself with global certifications and in house training courses.

Dislikes

Salary hike and Promotions are very rare to get. Moreover the onsite salary is very less , if you travel to another country , so beware of that onsite - trap.

Freshers are getting more salary than the experiences persons and if we ask they will say your package was high and there is no safety for the people who going home on late night shifts cab people's are troubling employees, if we complain to the management they will not listen to employees

Ontime salary, hybrid work environment and various opportunities to learn new skills

Dislikes

Not much projects or spend much time on bench. No skill based project allotment(randomly alloting projects without even checking their skills and background/ experience).
