Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

Poor salary hike and promotion. Terrible work life balance in some projects.

I like the hybrid culture at Infosys. Timings and work life balance totally depends on the project you got assigned to.

Hikes and career growth are totally bad. If someone is looking for stability that can go for Infosys but if someone wants good salary increments and promotions, at Infosys it will take a lot of time.

Really a cool company to work and have lot of opportunities to learn especially for freshers and even for experienced, people can really shift between projects if they wish to. Flexible timings less pressure Friendly environment Good food

...satisfactory increment, didn't get any promotion. They charge for Cab services. Not satisfied with package they are giving to freshers. It is same from last 15 years or maybe more.

Underpaid salary, No growth at all after 3 years and social life is literally poor. If you gets stucked over banking clients, your life will be like hell
