...hey don’t have work life balance. Literally they treat their employees as slave. They expect to work within their company with absolutely no hike. I would not recommend the company to anyone.

To be honest, I don't like working here mainly because of the salary structure. Other competitor firms are providing 20-30% more salary for the same job wherever Infosys is still in early 2000s I guess.

Everything, the only thing due to which I'm still working is learning part. Here I can use Lex portal to upskill and pursuing other Certifications as well.

I joined infosys during corona since then I have been working from home now hybrid model has started 3 days of office work it's been really good experience for past three years all the seniors are quiet supportive and always pushed me to grow

the only downside that I faced for the System engineer role offered salary is quite low

So, working in Infosys is good. Work life is something you can manage by your own if you start working from office.

The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. I left without having any offer in my hand and after that I got another organisation which is way better than this shit company.
