Big Campus, Food Courts, Tennis Court, Cricket ground and all that required for your health and FUN. - > Many Projects -> Flexible work hours( Depends on Project) -> Company encourages Good WLB( Depends on Project like in all other companies.)

Dislikes

Difference in Salary mentioned in Offer Letter vs Salary you get as Take Home. Only 50% of Salary you get as Take Home to what is mentioned in Offer.

1. Hybrid Work Culture 2. High salary in the WITCH Companies 3. Better Consultanting Roles if your okay with 9-9 timings 4. You can work any where in india infosys office if your project is acceptable 5. Job security is stable.

Dislikes

1. Deadline 2. Poor leadership and Managers 3. No proper learning tool (Lex is useless tool) it should have access for udemy, better platforms 4. Non aligned skillset. Ex:- if your role is Java developer but they have projects related data engineer you need to take up.

For now at this point , I am having a good work life balance that keeps me sane.

Salary for the role of Associate Consultant is so low. Any company with this role is giving higher than they offer and life feels stagnant after a point of time.

Their employee centric policies. Work life balance. Health insurance. Supporting policies. No rotational shifts, weekends off. Healthy environment.

Didn’t receive any hike, promotions. Very less salary.

Although it depends on project, but till now for me it's been good working here, not much pressure and good stability and job security. I get leave whenever I want. I am still working from home after manager's approval, even though infosys have mandated it.

...ger to align me with a better project but they don't care what you want or like. Don't expect anything in Salary and Appraisal/Hike dept. I've been working without any increment from last 3 years.
