Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

We need to beg for Salary hike and Appraisal . Utilisation of bench employee like one person in bench with skills. One manager need that person in their project that persons manager won't allow to go their and work
