Avoid 100% joining in Microsoft Practice- Pathetic lazy culture, Govt. job mindset people in delivery and sales. leaders are arrogant, have boot-licking culture and No good role to actually work, just donnkkey work. S. Bery, Rahul Kuumar, HR are Fullz, disgusting, deal losers and a joke for hiring in presales, incompetent and labor workers are favored here, No worth for good experience people. More than 50% attrition.

Company Culture is remarkable. I am having a good working environment at Infosys.

...MNC's. Since its our learning phase starts up would be and should be preferable. I don't have dislikes regarding Infosys, but salary hikes are less.

Skill development and overall culture

Dislikes

No work life balance and compensation if going bad year after year. If you are average performer which would 80% of the employees in Infosys your hike per year will be 1-2% and variables pay at just 70%.

The Knowledge Management Platforms are an asset, that most of the managers don't really promote, to gain knowledge from. Coperative Co-employees, and good for beginners.

Dislikes

...s in the team-leading to 90% of the team leaving the organisation or the team. - Compensation & Work life balance, in a Horizontal team within the company, aren't really digestible.

... is well maintained. 9 Days a month you can take work from home. No sick leaves. Only paid and loss of pay. 9.15 avg working hours quarterly.

Dislikes

HRs and Managers don't care about your personal/family issues even if they are very critical. Won't get to change projects easily and the roles are not what it actually sounds it would be like. Even if you outperform every other employee, you are bound to get rating as OK and nothing more than that unless you have worked for at least 4 to 5 years in the same role under the same management. Nothing is free in Infosys.
