Discrimination is done more. Shows more difference. They behave good with the people who will please them.

Low salary even you work hard. Even u work good at the end because of discrimination, they will keep favourite people in team and remaining on bench.

Worked in data engineering project where I got good amount of exposure to end to end data pipeline and batch processing of data. Work life balance is good in my case I worked in morning shift so it was great.

Dislikes

Good for freshers who what an entry level job in IT but if you're experienced then salary is less compared to other companies.

India's best company turned out to be worst company to work. Very low compensation to senior managers. Highly manipulative company to retain employees who got job offers. Worst company to work in recent past.
