There's nothing to like here. The managers want the employees to work in client time zone based shift from office with a crappy internet connection, no transport facility and constricted office open timings to be 9 to 6.

Dislikes

No hike No career goal orientated project assignment You get to be treated as machines You are expected to have no life after work You are expected to use your hotspots while working from office You are expected to work from office from 6 to 3 with your commute and stand outside of office till 9am

People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus

.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

On-time salary, no arguements for taking leaves. work life balance is fine. Can vary based on project.

very less chance for promotions, appraisals and everytime too much unnecessary deductions on variable pay.

Salary , even after 2 year , 1.5 year in project, outstanding performer last year , 2 time quarterly award winner and you know what still no hike , no promotion

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.
