Job is definitely secure there, but salary is minimal and hikes were never satisfactory, if you get in a team with good manager then you will enjoy the work but most are not that lucky, a lot of middle management ppl are not qualified for the job, they are not mature enough and every most of these stupid managers are biased and look for ppl from their region who speak their language in their team. Learning scope is there now.

No proper salary hike i had stayed here without hike almost 3 + years Salary hike too lower than the industry standard Feedback collected from employee through infy me is wast they will not even read that

If is any excellent place work with one of the best work life balance.

Need to improve on salary structure, regular increment as per inflation, better insurance coverage to be provided, need to open DC in B class city so that employees can sustain in less salary.

They have building to showoff company owner donating crores but not increase in the salary of their employees.... What a growth: only to those people who are favourite to the manager. Promotion and Growth like a snails.

No unity in teams, You never get time for yourself. Some management people showing themselves and in bed

Work Life balance. Understanding Employee and providing proper solution. Learn new technologies.

Dislikes

Lack of projects, false promises on promotions, Managers are like giving preference only specific community, Employee get harassed in name of promotion, Increased work hours, No appraisals and salary hike. Its been nearly two years , Infosys havent given salary hike to employees.
