Work culture is good, often you get flexible hours and if project is good then there are chances for you get onsite opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary and increment are very less. Like last year we got no increment After working here for almost 2.5 years you would be hardly getting 28K monthly.

Overall environment at work, facilities, health benefits and retirement benefits are good. People speak respectfully with each others.

Dislikes

Salary is average and it it takes years for role change or promotion. Organization politics is there, which is used to get out of queue promotions and performance bonus.

...rded. They will promise you lot of things before joining but nothing in reality. Lots of hidden items which will not be exposed during your inititial salary discussions. you will end up lesser than what you are earning. They are't transparent. Collegues are so experienced within this organisation where they are not Agile nor ready to accept any changes.

Very good platform for learning.. work life is balance.. No pressure from managers and giving always options to explore and provide our best without their interference.. they are always encouraged and believe in our work.

There is no promotion and salary hike as committed in the offer letter..

Good Brand Name Nice Campus Canteens ECC Onsite opportunity, when you leave to retain

...ng twice. Won't do to Juniors who rejects N number of projects, And roam freely. Variable Pay Low salary and still charges Parking charge, as if we are going to any mall to watch movie. Not seen this in any organisation.
