Slow Growth. 7. It Doesn't gets you skills and Knowledge and it's for those who are good at buttering and good at making things in the air.

...e. Unfortunately, these circumstances adversely impacted my professional growth. Despite being the highest-performing branch in Kolkata, my salary was not revised as promised. Additionally, I was subjected to threats regarding the non-payment of my dues. This, coupled with the organization's lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct from certain managers (some with questionable backgrounds), created a toxic work environment. The company culture does not align with employee well-being or ethical standards. I observed frequent instances of false commitments being made to clients, which I personally took upon myself to rectify. Despite my dedication and contributions, the systemic issues and lack of support from higher management hindered my ability to thrive within the organization While I am proud of the milestones achieved during my tenure, the challenges I faced have made it clear that the organization must address its internal processes and culture to foster a healthier and more professional work environment.

...es pressure and monthly targets. Managers constantly calls asking sales numbers. No other benefits other than salary. Very less package when compared to other sales organisations
