...y only shouted to deliver sales number Data that company provides is not good Manager does not even how to take the client call they only pressurized their subordinate to do justify their salary and number It is a 9-6 job but because of management it is 9-11pm job No leave at all

... you have to work like straight more than 12 hours without any single day off. No compensation no bonus nothing. Attrition rate is also very bad. Please do check thrice before going in this company.

For freshers, IM is a good platform. The salaries are paid on time. Even during the lockdown the salaries were paid. Though the amount was less but still paid. Was 5 days working before lockdown.

1. Too much Travelling 2. 4 meetings Daily 3. Too much work load 4. Unrealistic Targets (3-5 Lacs per Month) 5. Complaint Resolution and closing of Tickets as we don't have CC (Customer care). 6. Slow Growth. 7. It Doesn't gets you skills and Knowledge and it's for those who are good at buttering and good at making things in the air.

Having only one issue very dirty office politics on management level everything is just awesome

If you joining in less salary as per company privious policy if company doing changes in salary structure so will always be in less salary
