...e. Unfortunately, these circumstances adversely impacted my professional growth. Despite being the highest-performing branch in Kolkata, my salary was not revised as promised. Additionally, I was subjected to threats regarding the non-payment of my dues. This, coupled with the organization's lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct from certain managers (some with questionable backgrounds), created a toxic work environment. The company culture does not align with employee well-being or ethical standards. I observed frequent instances of false commitments being made to clients, which I personally took upon myself to rectify. Despite my dedication and contributions, the systemic issues and lack of support from higher management hindered my ability to thrive within the organization While I am proud of the milestones achieved during my tenure, the challenges I faced have made it clear that the organization must address its internal processes and culture to foster a healthier and more professional work environment.

Very bad work culture. Regular 3meeting criteria. If you couldn't able to conduct 3meeting then your day salary will cut and you will not get any attendance. If you take leave for 3days in a week then your salary will automatically hold. The data provided by company is worst data. They know it but they circulate it regularly.

They'll give you higher package offer but when it comes to practical life you need to travel through city which will cost you 10k per month including parking. A 5lakh package in indiamart is equivalent to 2.5 lakh package in any company. Choose it wisely .

...ey give new tallent a position but in reality there it is just to see you won't be getting anything except higher package to look at.

Work profile - (Field + Office) Work though company not giving expense ( petrol + mobile) reimbursement Incentives are tough to earn even completing targets

Best organisation for non performer. Incentive structure is good for executive level.

Compensation - Yes there is contest but if perform now the person will get his compensation after 6-7 months. No TA for sales but bike is mandatory. And working hour from 9:15 am to 7pm in paper. But inactual 9am to 8pm.
