...e. Unfortunately, these circumstances adversely impacted my professional growth. Despite being the highest-performing branch in Kolkata, my salary was not revised as promised. Additionally, I was subjected to threats regarding the non-payment of my dues. This, coupled with the organization's lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct from certain managers (some with questionable backgrounds), created a toxic work environment. The company culture does not align with employee well-being or ethical standards. I observed frequent instances of false commitments being made to clients, which I personally took upon myself to rectify. Despite my dedication and contributions, the systemic issues and lack of support from higher management hindered my ability to thrive within the organization While I am proud of the milestones achieved during my tenure, the challenges I faced have made it clear that the organization must address its internal processes and culture to foster a healthier and more professional work environment.

Pay out procedure is very good. They are on the grounds of weekly payout now

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No amount of on the job training is given to new joinees..Career growth is very slow. Offending and unsupportive managers

Incentives were good at my times but now that also reduced . Salary and incentives come on time 😃. Market acceptance and dominance is there when it comes dealing with customers.

Work culture is pathetic when it comes to professionalism. You cannot take leaves for your 1-2 days irrespective of how much important work you have. You cannot focus on your family and your personal development while working. Work pressure is huge and huge and targets are something which you will never achieve in your life.

Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

Dislikes

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.

1. Too much Travelling 2. 4 meetings Daily 3. Too much work load 4. Unrealistic Targets (3-5 Lacs per Month) 5. Complaint Resolution and closing of Tickets as we don't have CC (Customer care). 6. Slow Growth. 7. It Doesn't gets you skills and Knowledge and it's for those who are good at buttering and good at making things in the air.
