1.Making CRM default to work. 2 Increasing quality levels very very high almost not possible to achieve 95% if your 3 out of 1 call is not good your next day incentive is vanished which is decreased your Motivation to work next day. 3. If you work with customer 2 minutes or 20 minutes you will get only basic 4 rs then why associate intertan customer to solve their problems?? No solution provided.

1. Contractual Job No holiday No Sunday No payment. 2. Not Pay any Medical leave No Medical insurance. 3. Not paying any Internet expenses. 4. Payment Calculation Mathod is very Discourageous Harsh for employee more then 95% accuracy otherwise your Next day Payout is automatically downgrade ti's very demoralising to work when your Payment is declined already No matter how good you work.

...uff you about work culture and job discription but reality is totally different. I must say salary of indiamart is really appealing as per the industry standard

They have a worst work life balance they will call you 9 at morning and and will leave you 8 at night you will not get any time for your own life all 6 day working its exhausting when your manager call you back to your office location at evening for reporting to him. Your promotion totally depends upon your performance and how your manager likes you. In terms of skill development there is nothing you will learn this job will help you learn to fool people out there. Company culture of noida office is really good but culture of my branch office was worst there is alot of pressure every employee is looking for a better opportunity. No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days
