The best part I liked about this company was only the pay scale, as salary is given on time and after every three months we do also get bonus also.

Dislikes

Worst company ever. I will not suggest anyone to work in this company. They will fire you without any reason and also they don't give holidays on festivals too. They also don't promote their agent. As well as they will target you for one of your mistake and for that mistake only they will fire you. Politics is on top in this company as always they are ready to hire candidates. You can also see there office it's written over their hiring, hiring and hiring. Management team is also not upto the mark always partiality is done with agents for few of favorite agents of the management team.

Salary credited upto 7 or 8th of every month, few trainers are good guiding us properly. Cafeteria is also good, food is very delicious and cheap. Companys is good for those who are freshers or need job for their full fill

Remember Guys if u r working in startek if once u came on floor then forget about leaves, during induction ER told that 15 sick leaves, 15 paid leaves after 3 months, upto 1 year u dnt get any leaves even in emergency also if u take then TL create lot of issues, they put your salary on hold. U will get promotion on basis of TL'S gulami otherwise here there are very few person who promoted within a year through hard work. During training also many trainers do timepass, talkinh unnecessary things, usually they start class after 1hr of time schdule, whenever they give 15min break theb they come after 35-40 min. Even during documentation काफी देर तक फर्जी बिठाके रखते है 2-3hrs. If u dnt come on time they call u and say lie that we are waiting for u but u still have not come Lot of politics during selwction process and working also. Many TLs consider theirself as a perfect never realise their mistake if they dnt like u then they gave false feedback and force to resign then after they dnt give salary for last working month. During induction ERs told that we werw ready to help during any kind of problem but in actual we cnt easily connect with them, when we tell about TL's and manager's complain then they are not ready to listen. 1 person who take filpkart CX & CS interview for 2nd round he is big lier doing lot of partiality, give false candidate's feedback even if they perform well. Those who have references in startek उनको easily shortlist कर देते है even if they perform bad which is totally wrong. जो लोग versant कर करवाते है उनको यह तक ठीक से नही मालूम about para writing, and voice verson also, जो ठीक से नही समझ पाता अगर वह सवाल करे तो चिलाने लगते है They dnt verify documents properly उसी दिन offer letter देगे if we say that we cnt join on this date due to this reason then they will say lie that this is last batch for this year, we dnt know when this batch will start. Shivam Gupta and few other HR are ver honest and helpful बाकी लोगो को किसी से कोई मतलब नही केवल मदद का दिखावा करते है This company is best for those who like to do netagiri, buttering with seniors or ploitics Honest वालो के लिए है if they are fresher then

Nothing as such. Till training they will behave like Tulsi and parvati and then after you'll be able to see their real face. The most humble and understandable person in the entire floor is Mr Atul Shahji. He's a SME And it seems that he has good knowledge of the process. Apart from him, every SME is not Properly educated.

...e completely mannerless. They don't have the manners to speak to the colleagues. They got promoted, they have their own houses in the city and they have a decent package and they think that they are the king. I doubt if they will be able to survive in the working culture of Metro cities like Pune, Bengaluru or Hyderabad. They will be kicked from the management or from their fellow employees or even from their associates if they behave or speak on the same tone like they do here in Lucknow. *The WFM guys don't know how to speak. They keep on shouting. If there is a long call, the customer is not ending, what will the associate do? *TLs are always busy at their desk. They don't even bother what issue their associate is facing. If there is a Dsat, congratulations!!! You'll be famous in the entire floor. Don't have the manners to speak. Think of themselves as Gunda(Only faiz and Tanmay khare knows a lil bit on how to give respect). *Ams - They are busy into their own as the client is roaming around. * Client- Mr NetraBahadur Lohar - He's always roaming in the floor, He's from Bengaluru, I thought he must be knowing the corporate culture, But he is the same. *SME- They themselves don't know the process, everything they ask here and there and then say - Refer to Yoda and share whatever they feel like. They think that they are now SME, they will deal with the associate anyway they want. Always keep following Girls and busy on phone. *Attrition - This hardly bothers STARTEK. They are into Fire n Hire policy. Everyday interviews going on, still call flow is exceptionally high. They don't know how to retain. I've myself heard an AM (Riku Pal) saying.. " Jati hai to jane do. 1 jaegi utne paise me 2 aaenge, apna appraisal nai rukna chahiye" to her Fellow Manager. Guys to watch out for: Yash Katare (TL) - He don't care, Don't have manners. Good Human being. Will do 100 good things, but 1 Bad thing will wash off everything. Deepak Yadav(SME) - Very proudy. No help outside process. Don't even talk properly. Alok Singh(Manager) - Very arrogant. WFM guys - Everytime Shouting Mohammad Saad (He's very Blunt, But helpful too) Mahesh(HR Dept) - Will find mistake in everything. My only suggestion: Better open a Paan Masala shop but refrain working in Startek. Join HCL in Lucknow, shift to Metro cities but don't work in Startek. Especially STARTEK LUCKNOW
