A great company to work at with such amazing leadership in charge. One gets equal amount of opportunities and exposure. Work life balance is good and the employee engagement sessions are much appreciated. They conduct rewards and recognition as well which is a good boost to everybody’s morale. Ample amount of products and teams to work with.

Fulfilling duties as a product owner may sometimes require working beyond office hours when critical projects need to be delivered, which may affect work-life balance.

Saturday was given working sometimes because of public holidays. Actually work was mon to fri but sat was also done most of time which I didn't like Staff suggestion was neglected sometimes

Pathatic behaviour. Mr Nitin Jaswal so pathatic manager don't go on that team. No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days

On time salary, good incentive plans, 5 days working policy helpful in maintaining work life balance.

Dislikes

Favouritism by management, things on the floor are different then told during hiring and training due to bad people in management. Few managers are not capable enough to lead a team bcause of lack of skills.
