A great company to work at with such amazing leadership in charge. One gets equal amount of opportunities and exposure. Work life balance is good and the employee engagement sessions are much appreciated. They conduct rewards and recognition as well which is a good boost to everybody’s morale. Saturday was given working sometimes because of public holidays. Actually work was mon to fri but sat was also done most of time which I didn't like Staff suggestion was neglected sometimes

Worst working environment , every employee is searching for new job here and there is no branch manager ,no RM , neither thery are hiring ,and main thing INDIAMART didn't want to change their product,they are working with same product from last 28 years
