I was working in IIBMS as Digital Marketing Executive where I was First told about the 15 days of training period before joining.. after that they made me sign a form that trains may also extend for more 15 days and also I was not being trained.. Data entry and copy paste work was given to me I complained to HR about the training is in very slow process On fourth day HR told me that the Manager is not satisfied with me because I don't interact with her Some points that company should consider and is also answerable to me 1. In 15 days of training I attended 5 days- please tell me at least one thing which was taught by you to me as an digital marketer 2.From the very first day I started interacting with my senior (Mrs. Hetal) but she was busy with her own work and made me feel like im disturbing her again and again and that why she also changed the sitting arrangement and continued with her own stuff. was it expected form me to disturb her again and again? 3. She started assigning me task but she was not at all communicating with me, she was communicating with me through other colleague.. she also signed the trasks through colleague.. so that was the reason I was interacting with colleague about work, the other colleague was also being Pais to work as a communicator too? 4.If the Manager told to kick me out on my 4th day then why HR asked me to come next day? why did she wasted my one more Day 5.If HR is telling me that the problem is because im not interacting and on the very next day I have worked on the same thing.. I have tried to interact I have changed my behaviour towards her then what was the problem again? HR said " I TOLD YOU TO INTERACT THAT'S WHY YOU STARTED INTERACTING".. then what I was supposed to do? What was expected?? So Basically the thing is, they were trying to make me work on unpaid basis for a month and they failed at that because I complained about the slow process on the 2nd day..So they kicked me out.
