I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

...if you decide to join this company you better be at least as patient as you can. Because I don't know about salary appraisal but this company will teach you a life lesson. Only benefit in this company is timely salary.

Behind the face mask this company has a very dark face, say a lot of lies...Well these lies started from the day we joined the company, we were informed cab facilities were free, when later on the salary happened we came to know there are cab deduction, when asked these people said ' ohh did recruitment team not inform you that the cabs are only free in shifts from 8 pm to 5 pm, and an irony is these guys run 24/7 rotational shifts. Well a lot of politics involved, a very work centric company, with no interactive activities even on Friday's, things like fun Friday were announced, well we never had one. And now there is a new policy which is on the place which nobody had informed and our salaries had an amount decreased in the salary, when asked explanation HR says 'Ohh here a new good policy we have started charging employees a parking fee of 2000/- for a bike if they park in office premises, if you want the 2000/- from next month park your bikes outside.🤌😆 Well this was my first time hearing that the company charges a whopping 2000/- for bike parking.Like my college never charged me to park a bike. I keep wondering day by day and I am scared every time I get my salary like whether these guys will ask me for the rent of the office. Nobody here wants or is willing to work here for a long time, because these people are unpredictable nobody knows what policy they will invent tomorrow. Seriously dissatisfied and disappointment! Feel like joining this company is worst mistake of all time

...n specially in pune for agoda process... Sch a terrible and worst experience.... They gave different offer letter and I got different salary, cockroach in cafeterias food which affected my health, as per company rule we need to apply for leave prior 2 weeks.. But whn ur leaves gt approved they will forced and pressurised you to cancel the leaves, team manager's targeting you specially TM Rahul Tiwari, he thinks he is the only one who will running the organization, they will mentally harass and pressurised you on the floor.... One of Team leader Mr. saurav kumar will always go out during his night shift and on duty is went for drinking and consumed alchohal and thn come back to floor in presence of senior supervisor Rahul Tiwari.. I have an all the proofs with me as well which I will surely post on Twitter.. Supervisors can do anything but employees are not even allowed to take a rest during their health issues.... Sch a worst management.....

Overall the management of pune location for agoda process is worst and terrible

Igt provides selery timely. And also provides some benifits like retention Bonus. Bus there is much problems for all employees,on that problems IGT have to focus to resolve.

Dislikes

Igt does not complete yourself promise. Once they hire you as employee. Management makes misbehaviour. They think employees are only low category peon. There is no medical help as better. And one more important think there is no respect of employees at all.

Good place to work and for experience learn lot of things overall good experience as fresher

Giving good opportunity but not supportive for same and according to experience not getting good salary which is very disappointing
