Whole company itself, the HR name Karuna, such worst one that ever could see, do not know how does they say themselves as HR, even though if they don't deserve tht position

The only thing which is good about IGT is that they give salary on time and there is no time restriction you can come and go whenever you want to. In Covid-19 situation they are cutting there employees salary even from the trainees and also they are not giving any increment to the employees and also not giving the variable pay to the employees. In this situation company has to be supporting but they are not, they even laid off many employees and more is on the way.

Lot of politics. Salary and career growth is slow. Not supportive

It’s fun company to work and have projects in travel domain with good clients and lots of on-site opportunity

...ompensation, hr is good for nothing, management is biased towards old employees.m, salary hike is low

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Dislikes

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens
