There is no job security in this job as the employee can be thrown out anytime. It is totally dependent on the senior that if they don't want to keep them they simply throw out from the company saying that they no more need this employee which is a very inhumane behaviour from the senior to the employee. I would never suggest anyone to join igt for their career. They would ruin their career by joining in this company.

Teammates very good, training also nice, no job security, no salary and appraisal, more politics, learnt many things, no work life balance. I had very bad experience with this.

Not nice., I don't like the company policy

The only thing I like here is helping customers understand their queries and resolving them in my power.

The pay scale is very poor and work load is extremely higher.Also the culture of forced extra time is a very poor implementation by the staffs.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens

There is no reason to like IGT. In my process new GM joined after that work environment got toxic. Before him it was the great place to work.

Toxic environment, Under paid Salary, Irresponsible management, biased management (I am the top performer of our team instead another person getting R&R).
