...and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. The do have a entertainment room as well however, that is not functional and can be used only at the time of a client visit.

I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

IGT SOLUTIONS INDIA (PUNE) is horrible place to work, no work life balance, lots of pressure, salary is low,no incentive, mainly the TL/SME are bad, I will request you to not to join that company or they will ruin your career. 🙏

There is a lot of politics and management doesn’t address our issues .salary is also not there for fresher and experience they provide same salary .career growth is not there .They don’t provide any benefits they shout on employees on the floor like they are labourers of the company not an employee. TL are abusing on the floor even on girls too much partiality is there they don’t know how to talk with employees they shout like we are animals even manager he was rediculous he used girls to promote them atmosphere is soo bad actually nothing is good action it’s not a fault of company actually the manager and the staff is not good

I like the work environment of igt and work life balance with work and personal life. Igt has the best facility provide to theirs employees.

Salary is very less and salary appraisal not good , I got only 127 per month appraisal. In senior management politics everywhere , there hire only Muslims people's and doesn't care the Hindu due to the most of senior are Muslims. This is the most worst thing and they don't know how to talk with agent and don't care. They doesn't have enough systems to work. I forgot one of the worst thing is transport and their charges + no show . Per no show 100 bucks deduct from Salary of you miss the cab or not respond while cab timing. They deducted the hard earned money from agent salary. On diwali they nothing provide like bonus or gift.
