...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

Just for personal financial commitments i have to worked in ienergizer company. Nothing is there to say extraordinary.

...n. Leave policies. Festival holiday not available properly. Designation issue. Salary issues and penalty charges for unplanned leaves etc.

... guards, misbehaviour every now and then and the company doesn't care abt it. 2.They cut your salary with no proper reason , the only reason they put is that it's pending(almost every month). There are many, don't even want to continue talking abt it.

I hate HR of this company I tried to join again , one of HR told u can't join any international as u were in Samsung and she was offering salary less than I was getting previously, I hate that HR , I felt works ng in IE was biggest mistake of mine. Now I never want to join IE back ever currently working with Tech with much note salary and lots of incentive. Really bad experience.

...security to ensure that nobody takes their cell phone in the process floorspace. Talking about salary, ienergizer pays a very good pay for the freshers if he/she worths it. Over all I will say Ienergizer has been awesome all throughout despite the infrastructure which is not much of bother for me.

Dislikes

What I dislike about Ienergizer is the cafeteria food. It's awful. Nevertheless I can't blame the company for this because food everywhere is more or less the same depending on one's taste.
