...ation.. It has few international process which works as per domestic guidelines. Never trust on their salary part.. They will quote you 44 in hand and pay u 32 i hand.. Even pf is optional. Thay themselves rate your reviews while releasing Letter of intent. 😝😝😝very unprofessional.

This company is a nightmare. Management is incompetent and disrespectful, offering low pay, no leave, and a toxic work environment. They have zero regard for employees' well-being, even going so far as to harass them when they're on sick leave. Avoid this place like the plague.

Over-all for a startup company is ok and good salary package

Too much politics in this company, also very low appraisal, even managers take things personally. Work environment is really poor also if you will ask a leave they will never approve it

Unfortunately I worked with this company. And got to know this is the worst company ever. they don't provide u tha experience latter even after completing the resignation period. And ask the penalties for the same.. 3 rd class company h .. basis hygiene nhi h ofc m .. like water and clean washrooms .

Working at i enerziger means you have to get rid of your personal life. You have to give atleast 10:30hrs per day in office, traveling to office and to home, and other basic chores and forget about enough sleep. You have to take aside your family and friends and be a robot to work there.
