Salary package and increment is provided is very good when you join IEnergizer.

Dislikes

Attendance policy is not good if somebody forgot to punch out then that same day salary get deducted whether he has worked for the entire day. Also the policies are not employee centric. Overall, Attendance,Leave ,Break and punching/out policy is also not employee friendly.

- Leave policies - Unexpected salary deduction - Nothing new to learn, just Check mark activities to do - Discrimination amongst employees (higher level management are treated as if they are God/Army personnels) - Almost Everything

I like the work life over there, salary was always on time.

Dislikes

Although I worked there for 5yrs still I will say that there is no job security as they made there own clauses and forced to leave the organization

Salary is good, they will give you the salary what you want also salary comes on every 7th of the month in morning by 8AM maximum it doesn't matter it is Sunday or any other day (except 7th is any holiday)

Dislikes

For promotion if you are favourite of your supervisor then you will promoted to AM from TL directly but if not they will stuck you in middle by providing Sr. TL

...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!
