It's a third party company and they provide the salary on time.

Here the main issue is job security as it's a third party company so if the client will ramp up the process either you will be moved to other processes or terminated . Also for the shift timing faced so many issues as they have rotational shift and off so they will provide that as per their choice and sometimes make u work on woff also

Just for personal financial commitments i have to worked in ienergizer company. Nothing is there to say extraordinary.

...n. Leave policies. Festival holiday not available properly. Designation issue. Salary issues and penalty charges for unplanned leaves etc.

...ime working in this company CTC mentioned 18k per mont but 9k alone take home Ravendrean byjus process manager is getting amount when salary is credited For SALES . because of him company image getting spoiled

We used to work together as family and management was also good they used understand our issues and used to solve it. That was a really good place to work.

Dislikes

There is no chance for career growth. They won't let you go up in your career. Yes there is a lot of politics and partiality and we never got proper a d full salary in our hand.
