Dislikes

Attendance policy is not good if somebody forgot to punch out then that same day salary get deducted whether he has worked for the entire day. Also the policies are not employee centric. Overall, Attendance,Leave ,Break and punching/out policy is also not employee friendly.

...gement especially to females, a great place to start for freshers and NE people. Salary and bonus always on time but everyone gets paid on date 7th. Casual BUT appropriate dress codes (who needs to wear expensive suits to sit on a system with a headset and talk to customers), IJP always open for employees to get promoted or change roles.

Washrooms are too far away, no PF, work hours is very excruciatingly long (10 hrs), attendance punch in/out machines are limited to 4 in entire building and they're installed inside the building and not the gate. no cab services (especially for a very big organisation) and outside the building all the roads are occupied by local auto/e-rickshaw drivers, cafeteria can be a little cleaner/hygienic.

Dislikes

No salary slabs, deductions and fine in everything. The worst thing is they don’t do verification HR will not reply to any verification emails or not provide any proof of employment so u can’t apply for any loan

... is transparent. there is huge three cafeterias and gaming acardes for Chilling. Company policies are good,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonues every year

In terms of salary, they are proving decent pay but once you enter the company you will only do that particular thing to survive but will feel frustrated and exhausted.

There are many things to dislike kindly work on that IE because in terms of attrition and its terminology your work-level workforce folks exploiting entry level people rapidly.
