Dislikes

Work culture overall i.e non-responsive HR (Except Mohit Bane), IT team, Bad appraisal process and micro monitoring person AVP who is not even supporting towards the team. Even i will recommend to other peoples don't join in his team you will get exploit, harresed and irritated each and evey working as well as non working hours. There is no value for your efforts, even after showing result oriented work in full proof.

...g queue for tea and coffee because tea and coffee is available for limited time. salary is not good. They pay for a 9:30 hours but actually they take your 11 hours for work only and not even giving a overtime incentive. there is no career growth. But yes i was lucky because my team leader and Teammates are very supportive and caring. I meet so many people in lombard and realize no one is happy everyone is working because they want to gain experience and icici lombard is a big name so they can find a better job and i think lombard is already known this that's why they give a very less basic salary and quarterly incentives.

Probably the best place for learning and executing on faster mode. Once you work here you will be considered master of the business. Pressure and focus on results are very high so that learning on the job will be key

Salary received on time no delays. Leaves system was also as per the requirements

Breaks are not appropriate I have medical issues like over active bladder I need to go to washroom frequently between one two hours but there is no break just you have to take permissions for that also break schedule not good

I had good co- workers with me. Friendly Team leader. That was the best part in my department.

...y. The TL and management will make your life hell. Even they call you on Sunday. With no extra pay.No work life balance at all.
