ICICI LOMBARD's best talking factor is their HR policies. HR here is very supportive and policies are very employee friendly. But they demand a lot of work, very agile firm.

Dislikes

Work load is a lot. You wil have to work on weekends also at times for managing work, since the firm is very agile and always aspires to be at the top, the work pressure is the only downside
