Good. Good to work with icici bank, work life balance is good. Job security as good. As a sales side many pressure are hava and also individual contribution is very important.

Salary is relatively low as there is no incentive.

And here are some things which I-Bank should improve on : Login time is 09 hours and 36 mins. (that too with rigidity) Maximum it should be 09 hours not more than this. Strictness in lunch and tea break. Extra break are not allowed. Meals are not provided. Work-life balance is somewhat difficult. No provision for half-day work.

Training manager is good. But mentor uses abusive words said you are mental ,etc & pressurize but training manager & hr are good

Mentor (Aman) is used abusive words & over 9 hours if target not fullfill. And also salary in hand given 14200 rs. Only it best only if you are from same place or location.

Organization don't bother to ask you about role change without doing salary increment and not doing promotion so won't like to recommend anyone to join ICICI Bank i really very much upset with their behaviour if you don't follow their instructions they will put you in such situations you will be forced to resign .

...ced worklife. There is a huge cafeteria and a small gaming arcade for chilling . Salary hike is good with incentives and bonus. Job training is given to all the new joinees

Salary hike is good but the career growth is very slow.
