Salary and Appraisals are standard, irrespective of how an individual Employee is performing. The appraisal is standard all across. Additionally, the Employee is categorised basis the B-schools even after being in the organization for many years and there is a huge difference in the salary packages for Employees at the same grade

...d there work life balance is also good and promotion is not on depend on rating. So you can expect your pramotion every 2 or 3 year but the salary which they offered is not very good. They do the partially according to your college not on you performance.

No work life balance , appraisals purely on sole discretion of Team leaders ,HR is only for name and for papers to show outer world . Complied to work even on public holidays . This is specifically for Noida zone , other locations may have different scenarios

No training & development No route map for employees Too much favoritism Ill treatment towards eachother throughout organization Credit Managers behave they are GOD here, even if they know nothing, Sales people assume they are the owner of this organization and both of them assumes operations is their servent.
