Great working atmosphere good team environment off course pressure is everywhere especially when it comes to Private organisations but stil after spending more than 5 years with this great organisation i must say you will never find a strong HR binding brand and employee friendly culture anywhere else

nothing much but being with this organisation at very early age i think salary and financial stability is the only thing i would prefer above all

ICICI Bank always take care about employees requirements, 100% job security, company policies are good in place, growth and promotions are but slow, but other than that its a great experience to work with such a reputed Bank.

Growth and promotion policy is not good, very less salary increment

The Compensation and Benefits are good. Sick leave support is also good.

Work Culture needs to change. Stressful Competition and Long Hours of working with sometimes even weekends consumed in retail branch.

...l be logged in some others code and he promised to transfer my OI but he didn't. He asked me to pay 50000 rupees to customer in cash because I and some of our bank employees did some mistake in cash. But my reporting authority forced me to pay and everyday he use to demotivate each and every employee to leave their job with resignation. He was just a negative person. And with some of the employees he made one group and he keeps them favouring only. Groupism was his biggest way to exploit the employees who are not included in the group. But yeah icici bank product are best, policies are best. If dirty politics and partiality wasn't there in my both branches I wouldn't mind to continue my job there.

I think contacting one ex employee is worthless when the organisation never cared to contact it's employees when he/she was working in the organisation and in some trouble. And I think employees should be trained before going to the field.

...and people 3 level beneath you will be doing the same job. No work life balance. Since there is no OT payment they will squeeze you for the peanuts they pay you.
