...ng rigourous steps to manpower cut down and does the workplace has became toxic. Company have very bad policy towards recruitment, I have seen new joinee freshers joining on high salary and they aren't even worth the salary given. Decisions if taken by business group or operations then it will work out well for the company but as of now HR are taking the decisions which will not be good for a long term.

Dislikes

1. HR are like god in this company, they shift you anywhere irrelevant to your experience and education. They are god because you could never meet or see them in person. 2. The company does not layoff people, because they dont want to give severance pay but they will transfer you to some remote location or some irrelevant position so that you yourself resign from the company. 3. Career will not grow if you are located in Mumbai or Hyderabad. 4. Transfer and OJP's are just for name sakes but in reality they are not applicable for you. 5. A person was transferred to a different department by HR after 1 year of his service. Later the location of the person was changed after 6 months internally. While person applying for OJP the HR says "you have to be in a position for 2 years without transfer or location change". In this scenario the person did not change his location or job profile by his will but still he is not being considered for OJP. 6. People who wish to join the bank do speak to staff before you join, as the bigger picture shown is different from the actual reality in this bank. 7. I have worked with many companies in past then i switched to ICICI. Here you would not be heard, here you will not be appreciated, you have to work like a robot. 8. In my 1.5 years of tenure i haven't seen any employee engagement here.

Competative salary, good veriable pay if boss considers hard work, good HR policy

Dislikes

Poor culture, people loaded with work, late sitting, working on holidays, HR is dominating entire recruitment process, hence recruiting non competative people.

ICICI bank is best bank in all private sector bank for job security . work culture is good all are helpful. HR policies is the best in all private sector banking they care there employees.

Dislikes

Nothing like dislike there but only one thing salary is not that good according to current conditions or market . And work pressure is there and sometimes it’s very high .

...lated to background, no work life balance, mismanagement. No training provided. Salary structure is horrible and it is way below industry standards.

1)After office time I am not received any office call from my seniors. 2)WebEx not happening in frequently. 3)I get more space to work freely in my department. 4)Get holidays on time as well as leave with out any questions from seniors.

Dislikes

1) Bank credit policy. 2) Low Salary structure 3) Delay to proceed customer request. 4) Top management support.
