Grading system is not there. Decent salary for beginners

Work life balance is very poor. Expected to do most of customer's part of documentation also. Expected to be available irrespective of holidays. Being service sector it's both physically and emotionally exhausting

I can’t say about whole bank but department which I got is not good. Managers are not supportive they will yelled at you without a reason. There is no proper procedure set for work which we are doing.

...ey do not even consider transfer requests even if they are on medical grounds. They just hire candidates on the pretext of job opportunity and salary, but the job demands everything and gives just peanuts of salary in return because the salary has a verry big variable portion that includes Performance linked retention pay, cost of loan, deferred pay, etc. The actual fixed in hand salary is nothing but peanuts.

...r discrimination with female employees Manager harrass you if you take leave. If you earn high salary, your manager will always taunt you for that and try to stop your promotion.
