And here are some things which I-Bank should improve on : Login time is 09 hours and 36 mins. (that too with rigidity) Maximum it should be 09 hours not more than this. Strictness in lunch and tea break. Extra break are not allowed. Meals are not provided. Work-life balance is somewhat difficult. No provision for half-day work.

Every day we most reache the sales target if not they will make you login more then 13 hours aa day ,No incentive , if we achieve your target we get 10-20 rs chocolate 🍫 , we need to do multitasking service+sales with time 4:30 Even on week off we have to attend the meeting and calls with tl and managers

Due to this covid as the economy is going down as an employee I thought bonus will not be provided but they have kept their promise and also providing officers work from home facility too. Even for officers who r coming to office all the precautions r followed thoroughly

The way nps is calculated and that is addressed to the employees is not right. Slow growth in development.
