I like most the company culture and training programme of the bank.

Dislikes

Salary is not meeting the inflation and that to be in a big city like hyderabad. There is no connection between the post of deputy manager and the role in bank.

ICICI Bank is more of sales company. Management give more pressure to the employees to sale the ICICI products, daily atleast two products sales and monthly targets etc. It's impossible to sale 2 products everyday. Communication and behavior of higher Management will be unprofessional. These are the biggest minus points at ICICI Bank. Even customers get disturbed by ICICI Bank because of calling repeating to sale Personal loans, credit cards, Insurance etc.

...arranged transportation to pick and drop employees to avaoid public transport. After all these situation also salary was not deducted and I got bonus too. Still now employees are working from home without any issue. There is no pressure to visit office if it’s not absolutely necessary. I am very happy to be a part of this organisation.

The HR policies are good and you get a healthy environment. Opportunity to learn is more as compared to other organisations.

Dislikes

Late sitting and extended working hours. No Over time and salary is low as compared to competition banks. No wage revision since long.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
