Work environment is not suitable. Team mates are not supportive enough. Salary hike is less. Politics everywhere. Only sales knowledge matter operation knowledge doesn't get a count. Customers comes and use to throw tantrumps unneccesarily. Work culture is toxic. Bm dbm doesn't support. Work pressure is high. Use foul languages Including higher authority. No respects for new joinee or any person who is in this domain.

Dislikes

Politics in every places. Salary is good but growth is slow. They expect we already have past knowledge and expect new joinee to implement those things. No training has been given. Only sales knowledge get counts not operation. Bm dbm doesn't help expect us to complete their work. Toxic work culture doesn't get any respect for the position. Treat as a sales person only.

In present cenario facing lot of challenges in commercial business loans department, like Credit team offering low LTV% to the customers,Dead line in Cibil score etc..

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training is not given to new joinees. Poor salary hike, No HR is bothered about employees concerns.

No learning or knowledge transfer You bring your own skills and work else leave No guidance from seniors or colleagues as everyone is after his own numbers On top of that colleagues and seniors will have inferiority complex already if you got better education English speaking is discouraged as most employees working in such roles are from tier 2 cities and towns HR function is non existing I never saw who is HR Hiring in bulk and then removing in bulk Not to forget the toxic work culture as many people have already mentioned More like a freelancing role without any support

Bank Is Good But Many Peoples Are there is Old But Knowledge Less And Bank Haer Other Bank Employees Maximum Package And There Knowlege level is not up to the Mark. And old Employees struggling.

Many Other Employee they Are hard working But New Comers are High Salary And old Employees Are Less Salary. So culture is Disaster, Because Of salary Defferent.
